Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to physical and digital products purchased from Musclespure through musclespure.ddd.
Return Period
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in accordance with applicable Danish consumer protection law. Digital products may have different return conditions as noted below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Physical products must be unused and in their original packaging
- Return requests must be initiated within the 14-day return window
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Digital Products
Digital downloads (such as audio collections) may not be eligible for return once the download link has been accessed, unless the product is defective or not as described. Contact us before downloading if you have questions about a digital product.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at contact@musclespure.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
